Speaker/Moderator and Oral Abstract Presenter Guidelines

This document contains guidelines for moderators, invited speakers, and oral platform presenters regarding Presentation Preparation, AV information, instructions for on-site and Disclosure Statement instructions.  To ensure as smooth a technical program in Albuquerque as possible every presenter’s involvement in this effort will be appreciated.

REGISTRATION:  Speakers and moderators are responsible for self-registration - all speakers must register so that you had a badge to allow admittance sessions and exhibits.  Registration is complimentary for INVITED speakers and moderators - a registration access code and registration instructions are provided in your Speaker Confirmation Letter - sent via email when your speaking was confirmed.  For assistance, email acmgmeeting@acmg.net.

HOTEL: Speakers are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Depending on presenter role (download Financial Guidelines form above - and outlined in your Speaker Confirmation Letter) – up to two (2) nights (including room rate plus tax) may be billed to the ACMG master account.  Incidental expenses are the individual’s responsibility.  The link and Speaker Hotel Promotion Code were provided in your Speaker Confirmation Letter - sent via email when your speaking was confirmed.  For assistance, email acmgmeeting@acmg.net.

SPEAKER FORMS:  Be sure to complete the online forms - these are required for ACMG's ACCME Accreditation.
