Note - if you no longer have your badge number there is a link to request this information on the following page. 

Certificates for CME for MDs and PhDs, and CE for Physician Assistants or Laboratory Personnel may be printed when completed. 

Certificates for CEUs for Counselors and Nurses are not printed, and ACMG must send the reporting to the accrediting body.  If you are completing this process anytime after May 1, 2010 - please email acmgmeeting@acmg.net and inform us that you have completed the process so the report can be sent to the appropriate contact people.
