Exhibits & Posters

The Exhibit Hall at the ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting will feature a vast display of  products, services and resources tailored to the needs of genetics professionals, Poster Sessions, Exhibit Theater Presentations and a break area.

On-site - be sure to visit the hall to not only see the products and services utilizied in your practice - but for refreshment breaks and a concession lunch on Friday and Saturday.  Some exhibitors will provide coupons good towards the purchase of lunch in the exhibit hall - a list will be provided in the registration bag.

Another popular feature in the Exhibit/Poster Hall are the Exhibitor Theaters.  These are 30 minute presentations given in theaters right in the exhibit hall - check the on-site directory for the final schedule.  Always popular be sure plan these in your schedule.  Click here for the preliminary Exhibit Theater schedule.

The Opening Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall - providing an opportunity to mingle with old friends and new aquaintances and get a preview of the products and services on display.

Thursday, March 17, 2011:  5:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall)
Friday, March 18, 2011: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, March 19, 2011: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

NOTE:  The Exhibit and Poster Hall will open one-half hour earlier and close one-half hour later on Friday and open one hour earlier on Saturday - based on attendee feedback requesting more time to view both exhibits and Posters.
