Exhibit Dates and Hours

Exhibit Hours - NOTE EXTENDED EXHIBIT HOURS!

Thursday, March 17, 2011: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall)
Friday, March 18, 2011: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, March 19, 2011: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Exhibits will open earlier on Friday and Saturday and stay open later on Friday - based on requests from attendees for more exhibit and poster viewing times.

Installation and Dismantle Dates and Hours

Installation

Wednesday, March 16, 2011: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 17, 2011: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

To assure an on time and show ready opening, official installation ends at 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 17with all exhibits fully installed at that time.

Dismantle

Saturday, March 19, 2011: 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Dismantling or tear down of exhibits before the official close of the exhibition, Saturday, March 19 at 1:00 pm is PROHIBITED.

NOTE: Badges are not mailed inWest Ballroom Foyer of the Vancouver Convention Centre beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 16, 2011.

November 1, 2010 Receive 5 Priority Points if Application to Exhibit is submitted by this date

November 2, 2010 Applications received after this date are assigned on first come, first assigned basis – to the space remaining, if any, after the Priority Point assignment process is completed

December 1, 2010 Exhibit Theater Application Due

December 10, 2010 Abstract submission deadline

December 15, 2010 Early Bird Registration Deadline for Full Meeting Registration

January 17, 2011 Deadline to cancel or reduce booth size and receive partial refund

February 9. 2011 Advance Registration Deadline for Full Meeting Registration

February 11, 2011 Hotel Reservation Deadline
