Sponsorship, Advertising and Grant Support Opportunities
The ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting offers an extensive selection of proven event marketing and dynamic support opportunities enabling exhibitors to reach attendees and target customers beyond just purchasing booth space. Sponsorship and advertising integration are the keys that enable exhibitors to reach their entire target audience, and in so doing, maximize the percentage of qualified buyers and customers that are attracted to the booth and are ultimately converted into sales.
Annual Meeting supporters and sponsors will receive:
• Listing and acknowledgement on the ACMG meeting web site
• Listing and acknowledgement in the on-site Program Guide
• Priority Points for booth assignments
Note: ACMG adopted a Policy on Conflict of Interest in 2009. This policy states that ACMG will not permit company logos to appear on any items distributed to attendees at registration—such as tote bags, pens, pads, lanyards, etc. Sponsors of these items will be recognized via the above channels.
First right of refusal for sponsorship and advertising placement will be given to the 2010 sponsor/advertiser.

Educational Grants and Support Opportunities
Industry Supported Symposia
$14,000 minimum support
Industry Supported Satellite Symposia are 90-minute independently developed educational events held in conjunction with the ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting as dinner and/or breakfast sessions that are supported through educational grants. These symposia are not part of the ACMG official educational program, they are not endorsed by ACMG, and all symposia must be approved for CME by an accredited ACCME provider.
Presented by experts presenting new research and industry advances, these programs provide additional valuable scientific and educational opportunities to those in attendance at the meeting and are usually attended by 250-400 genetics professionals practicing in medicine, counseling and research. Industry Supported Satellite Symposia are complimentary to all ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting attendees and open for all to attend. Proposals to present Industry Supported Symposia were due in August 2010 – call the ACMG Exhibits Management team at (703) 921-0333 to check availability of open time slots.
