Hotel & Travel Information
ACMG has secured blocks of rooms in hotels convenient to the convention center. Attendees must make hotel reservations through ACMGs' official housing partner onPeak. Participants MUST BE registered for the meeting in order to make hotel reservations. Exhibiting companies MUST have already purchased booth space in order to make hotel reservations. A hotel access code will be provided when registration is completed or booth space purchase is confirmed. If hotel reservations are made when registering - you will not need to provide the code - a direct link to housing will be provided at the completion of the registration process. If making reservations at a different time that when registering - enter through the links below. Otherwise - register for the meeting first by clicking here. Exhibitors will be sent the hotel access code with booth space application confirmations.
NOTE: An unauthorized housing company has contacted many attendees and exhibitors who attended the 2010 ACMG Meeting. onPeak is the only authorized and official housing partner for the 2011 ACMG Annual Meeting. Do not respond to requests from other housing companies as they do not have access to reserve rooms within the ACMG discounted room block.
Hotel Availability Update - February 1, 2011
Most of the ACMG hotel room block has been reserved. While there is availability on some nights there is not on other nights at some of the hotels (due to varying arrival and departure dates - a hard thing to predict from year to year).
A fourth hotel has been added to the ACMG Block - the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown hotel which is conveniently located across from the Renaissance hotel and is just 2 blocks to the Waterfront and Convention Centre.
ACMG's housing management partner onPeak will work to accommodate all reservation requests at this point - at least until the published hotel cut off date of February 11. After that date, neither availability or the ACMG rate can be guaranteed. If when making hotel reservations online you receive a message of "no availability" - contact the onPeak call center at (866) 220 9664 for assistance.
