All exhibitors with a valid e-mail address have been sent an email with the link and login information. Any exhibitor needing login information to place orders should contact CustomerService@freemanco.com and provide them with the company name and booth number.

Exhibitor Registration

Full Registration
- Those company personnel registering in full to attend sessions,
obtain CE credit, etc must register in full for the meeting and pay the
appropriate registration fee. Click here to register personnel in full for the meeting.
Each
exhibiting company is entitled to six (6) badges per 10' × 10' space
for exhibit booth personnel. Exhibit Personnel Badges allow entrance to
the exhibit hall during open exhibit hours and set up and dismantle
hours. Exhibit Personnel Badges allow admittance into sessions on a
space-available basis, but exhibit company personnel are not eligible
for CME or CEUs.
DO NOT enter company personnel in both
categories. Those personnel who are registered in full and need access
to the exhibit hall may request exhibitor credentials when they pick up
their full conference badge and registration bag that will allow them
admittance to the exhibit hall at any time.
Badges will be available for pick up on site – in the C Concourse of
the Charlotte Convention Center. Registration will be open the
following days and hours:
Tuesday, March 27: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, March 28: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 29: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, March 30: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, March 31: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
