2012 Annual Meeting Registration Fees
Registration fees include the attendee badge, Program Directory and Abstracts, admission to all sessions, Industry Supported Symposia (pre-registration required), the Exhibit/Poster Hall, Exhibit Theaters, Refreshment Breaks, and the ACMG Opening Reception. There is an additional fee for the CME Short Courses held on Tuesday, March 27, the Trainee/Mentor Lunch and the Genetic Counselors' Luncheon.
Payment
Payment (in U.S. funds) can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Online and faxed registrations require payment via credit card. If paying by check – registration form must be mailed. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

1 Trainee/Resident Registration: Those qualifying for this registration fee must be those in a postdoctoral training, resident or fellowship program in genetics or a related discipline. Trainees and residents will be asked to provide documentation to qualify for the discounted fee on the registration form, Those who register onsite should bring a student ID card or a letter signed by their department head to certify current status.
2 Student Registration: Those qualifying for this registration fee must be those enrolled in medical school or an undergraduate or graduate program. Students will be asked to provide documentation to qualify for the discounted fee on the registration form, Those who register onsite should bring a student ID card or a letter signed by their department head, professor or registrar to certify current status.
3 Accompanying Person/Guest Registration: Spouses and/or other social guests (age 12+ only) of full meeting registrants are welcome. Professional attendees may not register as guests. The guest registration fee is required for all persons 12 or older who wish to attend the ACMG Opening Reception and access the Exhibit Hall. Guest registration DOES NOT allow access to sessions. Because of liability issues, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall and cannot be registered as guests. Children are not permitted in educational sessions.

Registration access and discount codes will be provided to Invited Speakers, Press, Advocate Partners sponsored by the Genetic Alliance and Corporate Partner representatives to register online and receive the discounted and/or complimentary rate afforded the specific registration category.
Exhibit Booth Personnel registration information will be available after November 2011 and will be completed within the Exhibitor Service Center.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a nonrefundable processing fee of 20% of all registration fees paid and must be received by February 27, 2012 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices should be sent via fax: (301) 718-9604 or email: acmgmeeting@acmg.net. Cancellations received after February 28, 2012 will NOT be refunded. After the deadline, in cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be made in writing (no telephone calls please), within 10 days after the meeting.
Allow four weeks to process refunds and review of emergency cases.
Registration transfers and/or name substitutions are not accepted. If the registrant cannot attend the Annual Meeting for any reason, his/her registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.
