2012 Continuing Education Self Reporting

Certificates for CME and CEUs for MDs and PhDs, Physician Assistants or Laboratory Personnel may be printed or emailed to you when completed. 

Certificates for CEUs for Counselors and Nurses are not printed, and ACMG must send the reporting to the accrediting body.  If you are completing this process anytime after April 30, 2012 - please email education@acmg.net and inform us that you have completed the process so the report can be sent to the credentialing agency for processing.
