To qualify for the membership rate, 2016 ACMG dues must be paid by January 31, 2016. Pending ACMG members must pay the non-member fee. The difference will be reimbursed when membership is approved.

1Resident/Trainee/Fellow/PostDoc Registration: Those qualifying for this registration fee must be enrolled in a postdoctoral training, resident or fellowship program in genetics or a related discipline. Trainees and residents are asked to provide information requested during the registration process to qualify for the discounted fee, Those who register onsite should bring a letter signed by an institutional representative to certify current status.
2Student Registration: Those qualifying for this registration fee must be enrolled in medical school or an undergraduate or graduate program. Students are asked to provide information requested during the registration process to qualify for the discounted fee, Those who register onsite should bring a student ID card or a letter signed by an institutional representative to certify current status.
3Accompanying Person/Guest Registration: Spouses and/or other social guests (age 12+ only) of full meeting registrants are welcome. Professional attendees may not register as guests. The guest registration fee is required for all persons 12 or older who wish to attend the ACMG Opening Reception and access the Exhibit Hall. Guest registration DOES NOT allow access to sessions. Because of liability issues, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall and cannot be registered as guests. Children are not permitted in educational sessions.

Guest Registration

Registered guests may attend the Opening Reception and visit the Exhibit Hall. Children and guests are not permitted in educational sessions, and children under age 12 are not allowed into the Exhibit Hall.
 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.  All cancellations are subject to a nonrefundable processing fee of 20% of all registration fees paid and must be received by February 8, 2016 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices should be sent via fax: (301) 718-9604 or email: acmgmeeting@acmg.net.  Allow four weeks for processing.

Cancellations received after February 8, 2016 will NOT be refunded.  After the deadline, in cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be made in writing (no telephone calls please), within 10 days after the meeting. Allow four weeks to process cancellations, refunds and review emergency requests after the deadline. 

Registration Transfers

Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the Annual Meeting for any reason, his/her registration must be canceled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.

On-Site Registration Material and Badge Pick Up

Badges will be available for pick up on site – in the ACMG Registration Area in the Second Floor Lobby of the Tampa Convention Center. Registration will be open the following days and hours:

Thursday, March 10:                7:00 am –   6:00 pm

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit Personnel Badges allow admittance into sessions on a space-available basis, but exhibit company personnel are not eligible for CME or CEUs and cannot register for ticketed sessions such as Satellite Symposia, the Counselors Luncheon, etc. Exhibit company representatives who attend the meeting for the purposes of attending sessions AND accruing CE credit must register in full for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee. Each exhibiting company is entitled to six (6) complimentary badges per 10’ × 10’ space for exhibit booth personnel. Exhibit Personnel Badges allow entrance to the exhibit hall during open exhibit hours and set up and dismantle hours. Instructions for registration for Exhibit Booth Personnel will be sent with Booth Assignments beginning in November 2015.
