Satellite Symposia

Satellite Symposia are 90-minute independently developed educational events held in conjunction with the ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting as dinner or breakfast sessions that are supported by ACMG's industry partners (commercial or not-for-profit entities) to broaden the educational experience for meeting attendees and presented by experts presenting new research and industry advances.  These programs provide additional valuable scientific and educational opportunities to attendees.

These symposia are not part of the ACMG official educational program, they are not endorsed by ACMG and are not approved for CME by ACMG. Some sessions will be awarded CME by accredited CME providers, and ACMG will apply for Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) for Genetic Counselors from the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) and Continuing Education Units from the Professional Acknowledgment for Continuing Education (P.A.C.E.®) program of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science.
