There are two registration options for personnel who work for exhibiting companies:
Exhibit Booth Personnel Badges
Each exhibiting company is entitled to six (6) COMPLIMENTARY badges per 10’×10’ space for Exhibit Booth Personnel. Exhibit Personnel Badges allow entrance to the exhibit hall during open exhibit hours and set up and dismantle hours. Exhibit Personnel Badges do allow admittance into scientific sessions on a space-available basis. Those registered as booth personnel cannot claim CME or CEUs or register for ticketed sessions such as Satellite Symposia, the Genetic Counselor Lunch, etc. The Booth Personnel registration category is meant for those personnel whose primary role at the ACMG Annual Meeting is to staff (and/or set-up and dismantle) the booth.

Full Conference Registration
Exhibit company representatives whose primary reason for attending the ACMG Meeting is to attend sessions (and obtain CME/CEUs, get a registration bag, have access to all sessions and events, etc.), should register in full and pay the appropriate fee. If company personnel who are Full Conference registrants need to obtain access to the exhibit hall during set up, dismantle or before the hall opens each day, they may request “exhibitor credentials” when they check in on site to pick up their badge and they will be provided with a ribbon that will allow them access to the hall during those times. If company personnel will staff the booth, but is primarily in attendance to attend sessions - they should register ONLY as Full Conference attendees.

Exhibit Company Registration Guidelines
Exhibitors should NOT register company personnel as both booth personnel AND as a regular attendee as this artificially inflates registration totals. Note: exhibit managers can search to see ALL attendees from their organization who are registered for the meeting during the booth personnel registration process. Over 85% of exhibiting companies have personnel that register and attend sessions AND also staff the booths, so it is important to adhere to these guidelines and not register representatives in more than one category. Please verify with the physicians, laboratory personnel, counselors, and/or marketing or professionals on your staff if they have registered in full before also registering them as booth personnel.
Registration instructions and the link to register Booth Personnel will be available in November 2016 and will be available in the Exhibitor Console.
NOTE: Exhibiting company personnel (those registered as Booth Personnel or Full Conference attendees) or any Industry representatives, including vendors hired to work in their booth, may not solicit attendees, other exhibitors, meeting presenters, or meeting faculty from outside of their booth or elsewhere in the meeting venue, including at educational and scientific meeting rooms and poster sessions, and may not canvass in any part of the Exhibit Hall or meeting venue.
