Exhibitor Theater Application
An Outstanding Opportunity
Exhibitor Theaters provide an outstanding opportunity for companies to showcase their products, services and latest developments in educational sessions right on the exhibit floor. Companies may select half hour time slots to provide their own stand-alone presentation in one of two theaters within the exhibit hall. Cost to participate is $1200 per session and includes basic audio-visual equipment and listing in the conference program. Exhibitor Theaters will be offered each day.

To apply to present an Exhibitor Theater, download the Exhibitor Theater Application (pdf) and mail or fax to the address indicated on the application no later than December 3, 2007 (time slots fill quickly, so earlier submission is highly recommended). Sessions will be reviewed for approval and times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
