All Platform Abstract presenters must check in at the Speaker Ready Room (Room 104A in the Phoenix Convention Center) to deliver your PowerPoint presentation (on CD, USB flash drive, etc.) no less than three hours before the scheduled start time of your session. All presentations from each session will be pre-loaded onto the computer that will be located in each session room. See the detailed instructions emailed to you from the ACMG Administrative office – or email acmg@acmg.net if you have additional questions.
