Poster Sessions
The ACMG Online Library – a searchable collection of the 2008 ACMG Annual Meeting Abstracts content by title, author, keywords, topics and abstract numbers is now available. The access this resource, click here: http://submissions.miracd.com/acmg
Posters will be located in Exhibition Hall 1 on the Level directly below the Registration Area of the Phoenix Convention Center. A detailed listing will be available onsite in the
Program & Abstracts distributed with registration packets.
Posters will be on display during all Exhibit Hours:
Thursday, March 13, 2008 - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Friday, March 14, 2008 - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Saturday, March 15, 2008 - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Presenters will be present at their boards at the following times:
Friday, March 14, 2008 – 10:30 am – 11:30 am
(Authors of ODD numbered boards present)
Saturday, March 15, 2008 – 10:30 am – 11:30 am
(Authors of EVEN numbered boards present)
POSTER PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS
MEASUREMENTS
Each poster space is 3'8" x 3'8" – Posters must be produced to fit within this space.
Posters must be no larger than 3’8” (or 44 inches) vertically by 3’8” (or 44 inches) horizontally to fit within the display space.
MOUNTING
Materials may be mounted between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 13th (Exhibit Hall opens at 5:30 pm and ALL Posters MUST be mounted by that time). Numbers will be posted on the poster boards and your board number will correspond to your abstract number in the program. Pushpins will be provided.
DISMOUNTING
The exhibit hall closes at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 15 – Posters MAY NOT be removed prior to that time as attendees are still viewing posters until the end of exhibit hours. Posters must be removed immediately upon the exhibits closing – at 1:00 pm – and no later than 3:00 pm - posters left up after 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 15, will be discarded.
