Register by December 14, 2007 to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration Discount! Advance registration fees will apply for registrations received between December 15, 2007 and February 8, 2008. Late registration fees apply for all registrations received February 9, 2008 through on-site.

*Student Registration
Those qualifying for student registration status are those enrolled in a graduate or postdoctoral training program in medical genetics. A letter from the Program Director is required and must be submitted at the time of registration via fax (703) 783-0501 or email to acmg-reg@jrdaggett.com.
**Guest Registration
Spouses and/or other social guests (age 12+ only) of full meeting
registrants are welcome. Professional attendees may not register as
guests. The guest registration fee is required for all persons 12 or
older who wish to attend the ACMG Opening Reception and access the
Exhibit Hall (guest registration does not allow access to sessions).
Because of liability issues, children under 12 years of age are not
permitted in the Exhibit Hall and cannot be registered as guests.
Pre-Registration is required for some seminars and symposia.

Faxed and mailed applications must be received no later than March 1, 2008.
Registration is not considered complete until payment is received and cleared. Online registration confirmations are sent immediately. Registration confirmations for mailed or faxed forms will be sent electronically within two weeks of receipt of payment. Contact acmg-reg@jrdaggett.com if you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 weeks of registering.
NOTE: Please be sure acmg-reg@jrdaggett.com, acmg2008@mirasmart.com, acmghelp@eventreadytmi.com are on your "approved sender", "whitelist", in your "address book", or that your IT department sets your server to accept email from these addresses to assure you receive confirmations, program updates and other meeting information that will be sent electronically. If you have not received confirmation of either your registration or abstract submission, check your spam folders to see if the emails were routed there.
Confirmations must be shown on-site to receive badges/materials.
ACMG Members
In order to register at the lower member fee, dues must be paid for 2007. If dues have not been paid, only the non-member fees will be available online. For assistance or questions about membership renewals, applications or dues payments, please email acmg@acmg.net.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $75 non-refundable processing fee and must be received by February 12, 2008 to be eligible for a refund. Allow four weeks to process refunds. Cancellation notices should be sent via fax: (703) 783-0501 or email: acmg-reg@jrdaggett.com. Cancellations received after February 12, 2008 will NOT be refunded. In cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be received in writing no later than 30 days after the meeting. Registration transfers and/or name substitutions are not accepted.

ACMG Annual Meeting registration will be located in the Lobby of the West Building of the Phoenix Convention Center and will be open the following hours:
