Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities

The ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting offers an extensive selection of proven event marketing and dynamic sponsorships opportunities enabling exhibitors to reach attendees and target customers beyond just purchasing booth space. The savvy and successful exhibitor who takes a “total event marketing” approach with the integration of proven sponsorships and promotion vehicles will without a doubt maximize their return on exhibiting.

According to the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) “Exhibitors who integrate “other” marketing tools into their exhibition participation are far more successful in attracting target visitors, converting them to leads and generating sales than those who do not”. Sponsorship and advertising integration are the keys that enable exhibitors to reach their entire target audience, and in so doing, maximize the percentage of qualified buyers and customers that are attracted to the booth and are ultimately converted into sales. CEIR research data demonstrates this positive connection in integrated a varied marketing approach into exhibition participation with the following impressive findings:

  • A well-designed sponsorship can increase the attraction of your target audience by 104%.
  • Integrating advertising into marketing components increases the attraction of your target audience by 46%.
  • The conversion of target audience into qualified leads will increase by 50% when integrating pre-show promotion and by 62% with on-site promotion and sponsorships.

Education, sponsorship and event support is recognized on the ACMG website, in the on-site Program and Abstracts Book and on meeting signage. Additionally, supporting the ACMG meeting through sponsorships, grants and advertising and support of the ACMG Foundation allows your company to earn Priority Points that are considered during the booth assignment process.

Contact the Exhibits Management Team at JRDaggett & Associates at (703) 921-0333 or acmg@jrdaggett.com to discuss these opportunities – or submit the Sponsorship Application.
