WORLDSymposium 2020 is February 10 - 14, 2020 in Orlando, FL
WORLDSymposium™ is an annual scientific conference dedicated specifically to lysosomal disease research. W.O.R.L.D. is an acronym that stands for "We're Organizing Research on Lysosomal Diseases". WORLDSymposium was started in 2002 and is now planning for the 16th annual scientific meeting in 2020.
The goal of WORLDSymposium is to provide an international interdisciplinary forum to explore and discuss specific areas of interest, research and clinical applicability related to lysosomal diseases. In February 2019, over 1900 participants from more than 50 countries around the globe came together at the 15th Annual WORLDSymposium to present the latest information from basic science, translational studies, and clinical trials for lysosomal diseases.
The program is designed to help researchers and clinicians to better manage and understand diagnostic options for patients with lysosomal diseases, identify areas requiring additional basic and clinical research, public policy and regulatory attention, and identify the latest findings in the natural history of lysosomal diseases.
