  • Automated and Guided Workflows for Clinical Testing Using NGS Assays

    BOZEMAN, Mont. – Mar. 25, 2019 – Golden Helix, Inc. is happy to announce the receipt an NIH SBIR Grant 2R44GM128485-02 entitled “Automated and Guided Workflows for Clinical Testing Using NGS Assays.”

    “With the help of this grant, we will take the automation of the clinical interpretation of NGS data to the next level, focusing on germline diseases and cancer diagnostics,” states Andreas Scherer, Ph.D., President, and CEO of Golden Helix, Inc. “We are eternally grateful for the NIH’s incredible support we have received over the last couple of years.” The first results of the work based on this grant will be presented at a major genomics conference, AMP Global 2019, in Hong Kong this May.
