Sessions, exhibits, and committee meetings will be held at the Henry B. González Convention Center and the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Hotel.

Weather and Venue
Weather is sunny and mild in March with temperatures on the rise. Pack clothing you can layer. Average highs in March are in the mid 70's, cooling to the 50's at night.
Meeting Dress and Session Protocol
Appropriate dress for the meeting is business casual. A light jacket or sweater is recommended as meeting rooms may be cool. Badges will be required for entry into all sessions and events. Children and Guests are not permitted in educational sessions, and children under 12 are not allowed into the Exhibit Hall. Cell phones and mobile devices must be turned off or to vibrate during sessions.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in ACMG meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACMG's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Use of Recording Equipment
Taking videos or audiotapes of slides, posters and presenters or questions and answers is strictly prohibited.  Copyright and intellectual property law is observed during all ACMG presentations, sessions and events.

The Henry B. González Convention Center provides free Wi-Fi for attendees in these public areas (not in meeting rooms or inside the Exhibit Hall):
