Satellite Symposia Submission

Satellite Symposia are industry-sponsored, CME-certified and non-certified symposia. These sessions are not part of the official ACMG annual meeting. Program is planned solely by the sponsoring company. ACMG will provide P.A.C.E.® and NSGC CEU’s for sessions that are CME-certified. While open to all ACMG attendees, pre-registration is required. ACMG appreciates its corporate and nonprofit partners for their participation in providing satellite symposia. ACMG values its partnerships and the supportive role that members of this community play in an effort to provide healthcare professionals with quality educational programs.

Application Process and Deadlines
Proposal Submission Forms are submitted online – Click herePlease refer to the email sent to you for specific instructions on accessing the online submission site.

A complete Satellite Symposia Proposal Submission Form and Agreement must be submitted via online no later than July 26, 2019.  This deadline is firm so that registration for the symposium can be included within the ACMG online registration system.  The program provider will be notified of a symposium’s acceptance no later than August 23, 2019.  While applications may be accepted after the deadline date if openings remain, registration and announcement of the symposium will not be available at the start of the initial promotion of the meeting, and they will not be included in the pre-registration system.  After July 29, a $7,000 late application fee will apply.  No applications will be considered after August 23, 2019.

While all proposals are considered, final approval is the decision of the annual meeting Program Committee.   To be considered, applications/proposals MUST contain ALL information requested, at the time of submission.  Symposia are selected and scheduled based on the quality of the proposed program and ability to complement the official educational sessions selected for presentation at the 2020 Annual Meeting.  Time and available space may limit the number of applications accepted.
