Satellite Symposia Submission

Proposal Submission for 2020 ACMG Satellite Symposia is now open.  CME accredited providers, commercial supporters, non-profit organizations and other partners are invited to submit Proposals to provide Satellite Symposia in conjunction with the 2021 ACMG Annual Meeting – a Virtual Experience.

Satellite Symposia held in conjunction with the ACMG Annual Meeting are 60 or 90-minute independently developed non-commercial scientific sessions.  The Symposia are educational sessions presented with objectivity, balance and scientific rigor and not as promotional or marketing opportunities. The symposia, while presented in conjunction with the ACMG Meeting, are not a part of the official ACMG educational program as planned by the ACMG Annual Meeting Program Committee.  Educational credits such as CME and P.A.C.E., and NSGC are not awarded continuing education credits by ACMG. Companies supporting Satellite Symposia are strongly urged to work with an accredited provider so that the sessions can be awarded CE credit for the meeting participants.

Proposal Guidelines are available here.  Please review carefully, because the meeting will be presented virtually, there are a number of changes of how the sessions will be presented as compared to the past live events.  We are developing the platform and will provide Satellite Symposia supporters with updated information as it becomes available.

Proposals are submitted online.  Click here to access the proposal submission site

Questions regarding the submission process should be directed to Claudia Barnett at cbarnett@acmg.net for assistance.

The deadline date for submission is January 15, 2021.
