Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms

Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms are available on a rental basis for companies interested in a conveniently located private meeting space. These can be used for internal company meetings, client meetings or a place for private product demonstrations. These rooms will be available to rent for the duration of the show. Access to these rooms will be available during show hours ONLY. Space is limited and applications will be processed in the order they are received.

All rooms are 10'x10' or 10'x20' hard wall systems with company sign on the door. (Rooms do not have ceilings)

Fee: $5,500

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ACMG will provide a sign with your company name on the meeting room door. Signs may not be hung over the room. No additional signage may be placed outside the confines of the meeting room.
Additional features, such as electricity, audiovisual/internet, food and beverage and keyed access are available at the expense of the exhibiting company.  Application are submitted online when applying for booth space or at a later date via the Exhibitor Portal.
