Adrian M. Dubuc is an ABMGG-dual certified Cytogenetic/Molecular Geneticist and Principle Investigator at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, passionate about improving laboratory diagnostics, and leveraging 'omics' approaches to further our understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of cancer. Currently, Dr. Dubuc serves as the Vice-Chair of Clinical Research (Cytogenetics/Genomics) and Director of Cytogenetics. In his clinical role, Dr. Dubuc leads the clinical cytogenetics laboratory through the analysis and interpretation of both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, while as a Principle Investigator, Dr. Dubuc's research has focused on improved characterization of the genomic and epigenomic landscape of lymphomas and tumors of the central nervous system. Dr, Dubuc has previously served as President of the Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC), and member of the Lab Quality and Assurance committee of the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG), contributing to the development of best practices in laboratory diagnostics. He has published over 80 peer-reviewed publications, contributing to the molecular classification of numerous neoplasms, and presented his work nationally and internationally in over 40 invited talks and presentations.
