Post Baccalaureate (IRTA) Fellow, National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI)
Cassia Williams-Rogers is a Postbaccalaureate (IRTA) Fellow in the Center for Precision Health Research at the National Human Genome Research Institute. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2023 with a B.S in Biological Sciences and a minor in Biomedical engineering and is currently in her gap year before pursuing an MD/PhD. Her undergraduate work investigated translational control mechanisms of human mRNA, which she presented at multiple regional and international conferences. However, her interests are broadly in human genetics and precision medicine research integrating clinical, translational, and bioinformatic approaches.
