Charles Billington is an assistant professor at University of Minnesota. As a clinician he is certified in Clinical Genetics and in Medical Biochemical Genetics. In his research work he pursues projects exploring the variability in presentation of genetic disease, with the goal of better understanding of the genomic and environmental contributors to incomplete penetrance and variable expressivity. He is also engaged in medical education and in the interface of diversity, equity and inclusion work with genetics education and practice.
