Methodologist, American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics
Gabrielle Jenkins is a Methodologist with the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG). She provides research methodology expertise for conducting systematic evidence reviews and developing evidence-based guidelines using GRADE methodology. She is an epidemiologist, by training, with over a decade of experience designing, planning, and conducting public health and epidemiologic research. She has led multiple interdisciplinary teams across several public health content and disease areas examining health factors, patient-centered outcomes, national guidelines, and policies that impact population health. Her statistical expertise includes meta-analysis, longitudinal analysis, time-to-event analysis, and multivariable regression. She also has extensive experience analyzing data from large complex surveys, observational studies, randomized-controlled trials, and data from studies of rare diseases. Methodologically, her research focuses on causal inference and epidemiologic methods for health services research. Substantively, her research focuses on cardiometabolic diseases, physical activity, and sedentary behaviors in adult and youth populations.
