Dr. Reddi, a highly accomplished professional, previously served as a Professor and Chief of the Division of Clinical Genomics at the Medical College of Wisconsin before joining Belay Diagnostics as SVP and Medical Director. With a background in biotechnology and specialized training in Clinical Molecular Genetics, she led a translational research program on thyroid cancer at the Mayo Clinic. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Dr. Reddi received the 2023 Outstanding Graduate Educator award for her contributions as faculty and course director to the MS in Precision Medicine at MCW and the 2018 "Women of Innovation Award"for her leadership in bioscience and technology from the Connecticut Technology Council. Dr. Reddi's research interests include cancer biology, viro-therapeutics and the genetics of somatic and inherited disorders. She is passionate about impacting patient-care through innovation and translation and is known for inspiring women in Biomedical sciences through her leadership ethic.
