After a PhD in chemistry undertaken at the University of Strasbourg, France, I was an academic researcher in the field of natural products for a few years, and then worked for more than 2 years as a Research and Development project manager in a start-up company developing active products from plants. As GenIDA project manager, I am in charge of the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and of increasing its outreach, both in terms of participating families and collaborations with professionals and patient associations, always with the aim of analysing the data collected thanks to the participating families and disseminating the results, especially those that are significant for a better care and quality of life of people affected by genetic forms of neurodevelopmental disorders and their families.
