Rachel Collier, MS, LCGC graduated from Brigham Young University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. In 2023, she graduated with a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of California, Irvine. Her Master's thesis explored the use of somatic genetic testing as a screening tool for patients with myeloid malignancies who may be candidates for hereditary cancer genetic testing. Currently, she works as a genetic counselor at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California, providing genetics expertise and guidance to patients in the cancer and cardiology clinics.
