Rebecca L. Koch, PhD, RDN is a Clinical and Translational Program Lead on Dr. Priya Kishnani's Research Team at Duke University Medical Center in the Division of Medical Genetics. She is a metabolic dietitian and received her PhD in Nutritional Sciences with a research focus on biochemistry and genetics. She is completing her postdoctoral training in Medical Genetics at Duke University where she leads clinical and translational research on inherited metabolic disorders with a focus on glycogen storage disease. She oversees multiple clinical natural history studies on glycogen storage diseases and is actively involved in the planning and interpretation of bench to bedside experiments, including disease characterization and gene therapy implementation.
