Nurse Practitioner, Medical College of Wisconsin
Stephanie Offord is a nurse practitioner and manager for the advanced practice providers in the division of pediatric genetics at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Children's Wisconsin. She has a master's degree in nursing from Pace University in New York City and spent time working in both pediatric oncology and cardiology before joining the genetics team in 2009. She focuses on metabolic conditions including lysosomal storage diseases and is also principal investigator on several clinical trials for PKU. In 2019 she started a national conference for advanced practice providers in clinical genetics called CGAPP (pronounced C-gap) that is hosted every fall in Milwaukee. In her free time, she enjoys eating cake and taking naps.
