Teresa Luperchio, PhD is a molecular geneticist focused on deep phenotyping of individuals to clarify variants of uncertain significance. She is especially interested gene first approaches for disease discovery and phenotypic expansion of disease, as well as molecular phenotyping and reanalysis of clinical data for to establish a diagnosis. She is working with the National, Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute as a contractor, and is a second year fellow in the Laboratory Genetics and Genomics (LGG) training program at the National Human Genome Research Institute.
