Timothy O'Brien, PhD, is an Assistant Staff Scientist at the Knight Diagnostic Laboratories at Oregon Health & Science University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from University of Washington and his PhD in Human Genetics from Vanderbilt University, where his doctoral research focused on the genetics of lung cancer using computational approaches.
