Dr. Tiphanie Vogel is a rheumatologist at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she practices at Texas Children's Hospital. Dr. Vogel is board certified in rheumatology and pediatric rheumatology, and in her clinic she treats patients of all ages with rare, often genetic, autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders. Dr. Vogel also runs a basic science research program and is the Director of Translational Rheumatology Research at Texas Children's Hospital. The Vogel Lab aims to improve the lives of patients with inflammatory diseases through enhanced understanding of human immunology. Through basic and translational science initiatives, the Vogel Lab aspires to develop targeted therapies for immune disorders. The Vogel Lab focuses on several key missions including determination of novel genetic causes of autoimmune and immune dysregulatory disorders through participation in the Baylor College of Medicine Immunogenetics program and the Undiagnosed Diseases Network.
