Dorothy Grange

Professor Pediatrics, Washington University
Dorothy K. Grange, MD is a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Genetics and Genomic Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. She is a clinical geneticist at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Grange also serves as a consulting physician at Shriner's Hospital for Children in St. Louis. She received her undergraduate degree at Mount Holyoke College and her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Grange completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin and a fellowship in medical genetics at the National Institutes of Health. She is boarded in Pediatrics, Clinical Genetics and Medical Biochemical Genetics. Dr. Grange is a member of the Genetics Advisory Committee and is currently the Chair of the Newborn Screening Committee for the state of Missouri. Dr. Grange serves on the Scientific Advisory Council for the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias. Clinical research interests include development of new therapies for phenylketonuria, ectodermal dysplasia and Cantu syndrome.
