Hotel reservations are open, the option to make a reservation will occur after payment for registration is completed.  Locations and details of amenities and services are provided during the reservation process. The deadline to make a new reservation at the discounted rate is Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Hotel  Reservation Cancellations

  • You can change or cancel your reservation in the CMR Housing portal without penalty until Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Note: your credit card may be charged after Tuesday, February 25, 2026, but you should receive a refund if you cancel by Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

  • You cannot make any changes to your reservation from February 26 – March 1, 2026.

  • Beginning March 2, 2026, you can contact hotels directly for new reservations, changes or cancellations.

Government-Rated Rooms
A limited number of government-rated rooms have been contracted for all the hotels within the ACMG block. You will be able to select this option when you book your hotel. Please contact CMR for additional information.

Housing Scam Alert
CMR is the official housing and hotel management company for the 2026 ACMG Meeting. While you may be contacted by telephone or email by companies or hotels claiming to be the official ACMG housing provider who may appear to be affiliated with the ACMG Meeting and the ACMG block, they are not.  As of April 1, 2024, the FTC “Government and Business Impersonation Rule” which targets scammers who impersonate business and government entities is in effect.  Impersonation scams, such as hotel reservation scams can be reported to the FTC.  Please report any company or website appearing to impersonate ACMG housing and hotel reservations to the FTC here:  https://reportfraud.ftc.gov.
